Campus Advantage, a leading student housing company, is expanding its footprint in the University of Missouri-Columbia student housing market with the acquisition of The Domain at Columbia.
The Domain at Columbia is a mile from the University of Missouri’s flagship campus and offers a private shuttle for residents to take back and forth to campus. The property is made up of eight, three-story, garden-style buildings containing a total of 228 units and 654 beds. The Domain features furnished one-, two- and four-bedroom flats, as well as four-bedroom townhomes with utilities included. The property is 100 percent occupied for the current academic year and even maintains a waitlist.

The Domain’s units feature private bathrooms, balconies, walk-in closets, flat-screen high-definition television with digital video recorder and Apple TV, wired and Wi-Fi Internet, full-size washers and dryers and nine-foot ceilings. They also include granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, stainless steel appliances, faux wood floors, track and pendant lighting and ceiling fans in every room.
