Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced the addition of 936 beds to its growing portfolio of managed student housing properties, with the management of two properties in Denver, Colorado. The Regency and The Villas, located near the Auraria campus (which serves The University of Colorado- Denver, Metropolitan State University, and the Community College of Denver), will leverage Campus Advantage’s long history of successful property management capabilities and services.

Campus Advantage was sought after to manage these properties due to its highly regarded Students First® Experience platform, which is designed to ensure that residents who choose to live at Campus Advantage communities have more opportunities to achieve success both now and in the future, and which the owners felt would complement the current residence life programming at both communities.

The Regency was renovated into a student housing property in 2005 and consists of 423 fully-furnished units and 576 beds. The property consists of a 17-story tower and five-story north hall, with a robust amenity package including two indoor basketball courts, a bowling alley, arcade, pool, fitness center, expansive meeting room/theater, computer lab, convenience store, and free shuttles to campus.

Developed in 2014, The Villas is comprised of five, three-story buildings and is located on the same parcel as The Regency. The property contains 120 units and 360 beds. The fully-furnished, apartment-style units include three bedroom/ three bathroom units, feature full kitchens, hardwood-style flooring, and granite countertops. Students who live at The Villas are able to enjoy the ample amenities at The Regency.

Both properties are located approximately two miles from Auraria Campus, and 0.2 miles from a soon-to open light rail station located one stop from Union Station, where all students commute to reach Auraria campus.

Catalyst, an Austin-based agency specializing in creative marketing for student and multifamily housing, will partner with Campus Advantage to develop updated branding for the properties, including websites, logos, and tailored marketing materials. Additionally, Catalyst will deliver search engine optimization (SEO) and reputation management services, plus search engine marketing (SEM) services during peak leasing months.
