EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
As Executive Vice President, Scott leads the business development efforts for Campus Advantage. Scott joined Campus Advantage in 2005 and has worked on hundreds of projects, including new developments, transitional assets, and stabilized core properties both on and off campus. Scott has experience structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships with institutional investors, universities and local developers. He has assisted with all aspects of project financing, planning, and repositioning for a variety of deal types, as well as the day-to-day operational details of managing student housing. His previous career included leadership positions for planning and legislative work with local governments. Scott is a former Peace Corps volunteer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University and a Master of Science from Portland State University.
