Campus Advantage Assumes Management of The Harbor, a Rebranded Student Housing Community in Johnson City, Tennessee

Strategic partnership with Logen Capital brings revitalized student housing experience to East Tennessee State University
AUSTIN, TX (July 2, 2025) – Campus Advantage® is pleased to announce it has assumed management of The Harbor, a newly acquired and rebranded student housing community located in Johnson City, Tennessee. Formerly known as Monarch 815, the property was recently purchased by Logen Capital and serves students attending East Tennessee State University (ETSU).
The Harbor consists of 176 units and 576 beds, and is undergoing a full repositioning in the market, including a complete clubhouse renovation, pool area upgrades, and targeted capital improvements throughout the property. With a new name, refreshed branding, and revitalized amenity spaces, The Harbor is poised to become the most sought-after housing option for ETSU students.
