Moontower to Be Located Within Steps of University of Texas at Austin and Include Class-A Amenities
AUSTIN, TX (April 3, 2019) — Campus Advantage®, an industry leader in student housing property management, consulting, and investment management, today announced it has been hired to manage the newest luxury student housing development in Austin, Texas near The University of Texas at Austin. Moontower, a 166-unit, 567-bed development, is being developed by Austin developer, Lincoln Ventures, which has a long-standing history of acquiring and developing highly amenitized real estate.
Moontower will benefit from a premium location steps from the University of Texas at Austin’s West Campus and will be comprised of studios, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. The 18-story student housing property will provide sleek floor plans and unique, class-A amenities designed to target today’s wellness-focused student. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center containing a spin bike room and a yoga room, a rooftop pool, premium access to underground parking, and panoramic Austin city views. Ample study space will also be available to students, including individual study booths, small study rooms, “we work”-type spaces for group studying, and a café. The name Moontower is a nod to Austin’s history and further strengthens the development’s deep-rooted ties to the community.
